Insurances accepted (for residents of MA only):

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna.

Initial Evaluation/Consultation:

The initial appointment is a virtual consultation in which we will review your concerns, your completed mental health assessment forms, your past psychiatric history, and your past medical history. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will be performed. At the end of the appointment, we will share our clinical impressions and treatment recommendations (this service alone does not establish a new physician-patient relationship). If we move forward with treatment, we will collaborate on next steps for your care which may include integrative psychiatric management, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacologic interventions.

Medication Management/Psychotherapy Follow-up:

We offer medication treatments alongside psychotherapy.  We will thoroughly discuss all medication options (if clinically indicated) and address any questions or concerns you may have, empowering you to make an informed choice that is right for you. We will closely monitor your response to the medications and adjust dosages or types as necessary.  Whenever possible, we aim to use the fewest medications at the lowest effective doses, in a time limited way in order to manage your symptoms.   Along the way, we will also implement critical strategies for improving brain and emotional health.

Out of Network Fees (for residents of MA, TX, and FL):

Initial Evaluation/Consultation (60 minutes): $675

50 minutes virtual treatment session (therapy+/-medication management follow-up): $475

25 minutes virtual treatment session (medication follow-up): $350

We will issue an itemized receipt (superbill) for the services rendered, which you can subsequently submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. It is advisable to confirm your out-of-network benefits directly with your insurance company and verify whether your plan covers telehealth appointments (delivered via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform).

Billing

Fees are due when services are rendered. Payment can be made via credit card when paying in network fees. Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card, or BTC (15% off any service when paying by BTC) when paying out of network fees.
